This survey aims to understand how neurodiverse entrepreneurs learn best when developing business and entrepreneurial skills. We are especially interested in the needs, strengths, and preferences of the individuals doing (or exploring) entrepreneurship, whether they work independently or with support from family members or caregivers.
The goal of this study is to inform the design of flexible, inclusive business training programs that adapt to different levels of independence and support needs — from self-directed learners, to those who benefit from one-on-one guidance, to collaborative entrepreneur–caregiver partnerships:
1. Largely independent entrepreneurs who benefit from hands-on guidance
2. Entrepreneurs who require moderate administrative or organizational support
3. Parent/caregiver-led business partnerships that intentionally include a neurodiverse individual
